Privacy Policy

Kairo is operated by Flux Development SRL (“we”, “us”). This policy explains what data we process when you use kairo.so, request a free review report, book a call, or subscribe to the service.

What we collect and why

The free report form. We collect your business name, a Google Maps link to your business, your business category, optionally your city, and your email address. We use these exclusively to build your review report and deliver it to you. We do not add you to a marketing list and we do not sell or share your data with advertisers.

Public review data. To build the report, we read the publicly available Google reviews of the business you point us at. We process this public data on the basis of legitimate interest: you asked for an analysis of your own public presence. Reports and their source data are retained so we can serve the report back to you and improve the service; ask us and we will delete them.

Booking. If you book a call, the scheduling runs on Cal.com, which processes the details you enter there under its own privacy policy.

Analytics. We use Google Analytics only after you consent via the cookie banner. Declining changes nothing about how the site works.

Where your data lives

We use a small set of processors to run the service: Vercel (hosting), Supabase (database), Modal (report generation), Brevo (email delivery), Upstash (rate limiting), Sentry (error monitoring), Cal.com (scheduling) and Google Analytics (consented analytics). Each processes data only as needed to provide its function.

How long we keep it

Form submissions and generated reports are kept while they are useful for delivering and improving the service. If you never become a client, you can request deletion at any time and we will remove your lead record and report.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can request access, correction, deletion, restriction or export of your personal data, and you can object to processing based on legitimate interest. Write to hello@kairo.so — we answer within 30 days. You can also complain to your local data-protection authority.
