Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of kairo.so and the Kairo content engine subscription, operated by Flux Development SRL. By requesting a report or subscribing, you agree to them.

The free report

The review report is free, carries no obligation, and is built from the publicly available Google reviews of the business you submit. You may only request a report for a business you own or are authorized to represent. We aim to deliver within 24 hours but the report is provided as-is, without warranty.

The subscription

The Kairo content engine is a monthly subscription of €300/month (prices exclude VAT; for EU businesses outside Romania, reverse charge may apply). Each month we research, create and publish content for your business — long-form articles on your own website and posts on your Google Business Profile — plus a monthly report on your Search Console and Google Business numbers, as described on the homepage. Facebook and Instagram posting is not included; it is available as a separate add-on. Billing is monthly in advance.

No contract — cancel anytime

There is no minimum term. You can cancel at any time and the subscription simply does not renew at the next monthly billing date. No cancellation fees, no questions.

You own everything we publish

All content we create and publish for you — articles, images, posts — belongs to you from the moment it is published, and it remains yours after you cancel. We may reference anonymized results in our own marketing; we will never name your business without your written consent.

What we need from you

Publishing access to your website and your Google Business Profile (granted once at the start), and a working contact. You are responsible for the accuracy of the business facts you give us; we are responsible for what the engine writes and its quality gates.

Liability

The service is provided with care but without guarantees of specific business outcomes — content compounds, and results depend on your market. We never promise search rankings. Our total liability under these terms is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Romanian law; disputes go to the competent courts of Bucharest, Romania. Questions first, though: hello@kairo.so.
